Dedicated Studio Spaces at MAKE are 9’x9’ flex spaces with an open floor plan. But don’t worry, your space is your space, your tools are your tools. This is your space to make your own & make your work.

Spaces all include power, plenty of overhead LED lighting, concrete floors and high ceilings. Members with dedicated space also have access to MAKE shared spaces, kitchen meeting rooms, & all the benefits of the creative community at MAKEbhm.

Dedicated spaces are dynamic. All licenses are on six-month terms and see makers grow and adapt their spaces during their time here to meet the needs of their changing business.

Meeting Space

Schedule the private conference room with space for five, dry-erase board, TV with AppleTV and HDMI connectivity, and Ethernet cable for headache free video calls and client meetings.

Shared Kitchen

Whether you like to keep some snacks on hand or religiously bring your lunch, the shared kitchen has all you need to keep you fed- fridge, microwave, steam/convection oven, dishwasher and dishes, as well as, all the Domestique coffee & variety of coffee making tools to keep you fueled.

Business Address

Private Mailboxes are available to members, along with general business address use, package receiving/pickup on location, and loading dock & forklift for those larger shipments.

WiFi Printing

Print what you need right from your computer - general, color duplex printing in standard and 12x18 size pages, copying and email scanning, and a bypass trays for printing labels and cardstock.

Location

When you need to take a break, we are just a short walk from the Avondale Park and Library, and right around the corner from Saturn, Avondale Brewery, and a multitude of dining options.
But you don’t even need to go far for a treat, Big Spoon Creamery, Punch Love Coffee, & Sons Donuts are just downstairs for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
